Conclusions from the conduct of first four scheduled Seminars
Up today, 4 three-day Seminars of HELMEPA's new Voluntary Training Program titled "Environmental Culture into Vessel's Management and Operation" have taken place. These seminars were attended by a total of 33 participants, 22 deck officers, 10 engineer officers and 1 company staff member. The participants evaluated the seminars as follows:
