This paper discusses the impact of managed services on existing business processes and their boundaries. The paper presentation is structured as a debate by starting with the definition of \"Managed Services\". Many industries have forged and adopted the term \"Managed Services\" as a synonym f orthe less popularterm \"Outsourcing\".
